THE HEALTH: FRACTURES
Hi everyone and welcome back!, here i'm going to speak about a important topic: The health; and in this time talk about the recommendations for take care of a Fracture. But first we need to speak what is a fracture.
A fracture is a break, usually in a bone, produced by different situations like car accidents, bad move of the body, a lot of weight, fights, robberies, etc.c.

In almost every case, It would be very dangerous, because a bone can change the shape of the bone, can be out of it side, so, here I'm going to share some recommendations that would help us to take care of a fracture in home (If the fracture is not serious):
Syntomps:
- Pain
- Bruising
- The inmovility of the affected area
- Bleeding (If it's a open fracture). etc...
Treatment:
- You must go to the hospital if you...:
- You aren't breathing or have problems to do it.
- You have a heavy bleeding
- The broken bone is in the head, back or neck
- You have problems to do simple moves with the affected area, and more...
- You must stop any bleeding.
Because you would die to a bleeding, you must take care of it and use bandages correctly, applying pressure in the affected area.
- You must immobilize the affected area.
After happened the situation, you must immobilize the area, with a splint, all above and below of the parts affected, but the question is... It can reduce the pain of the person?, the answer is... no, but It can help reducing discomfort.
- You should apply ice in the affected area.
Yes, it is important because helps to reduce the swelling and pain of the affected area, is recommended when you wait for medical attention, because the reasons I mencionated before.
- After the doctor let's you go home, you should rest some days.
It's recommended because after a terrible pain or fracture, the body needs to rest, the recommendation is have the legs or arms up (If the problem was there), be in the bed and sleep or do something while the body is recovering from this situation.
